Diagnosing NBN Faults

Extra Data Points

Families depend on the internet a lot more than they did a decade ago, and older houses often don’t have enough data points to support the requirements of growing families and their devices. Our team can install additional data points throughout your home to cater to the many different devices, consoles and computers that your family requires.

A data point is essentially just a just an Ethernet cable extender that runs behind your wall – connecting a device into one can result in faster internet speeds than Wi-Fi provides. We usually recommend having at least one data point in each of your main living areas as well as your kitchen and home office. If your home has multiple levels then you will want to have at least one data point on each level as well.
